Bad experience at Clicks Flamingo vlei and Table View SAPS

Update. I phoned clicks today to find out more details and the manager in charge said his not speaking to me, I must speak to the cops. I was nice, polite and just wanted answers and he put the phone down on me.

I'm so sorry for carrying on about this and sounding like a broken record but one thing about me that I will never let tarnish my name is my honesty and the last posts I put up were in a state of anger and shock and I didn't get all of the facts correct. I'm a very emotional person and there's only 2 things you don't mess with, that's my daughter and my mom. If this was your mother im sure you would do the same. Apparently, there are not only 2 sides to a story but in this case 4.

It all started on Friday when my mom went with her best friend to clicks to look for the base as she just had facial surgery. I was under the impression she walked out with it in her hand but my mom showed me step by step last night exactly what she did. She had the base and cigarette packet in her hand. She reached into her bag to put her cigarettes in and collect her wallet to get money out and makeup fell in with her cigarettes. Trust me I had my guilt and interrogated her like a drill sergeant but when I saw what she did in action, it made sense. Her best friend was still waiting at clicks for her to return. She was arrested and placed in prison until midnight. She appeared in court the whole day today and she needs to come back on the 6th with a lawyer. She had 3k on her at the time of the incident which the cops saw and begged clicks if she could pay but they told him to arrest her. It beeped when she walked out and she carried on walking to the pizza place next door where they arrested her. If you are guilty and hear something beep you going to run or freeze, not go right next door to pay for your pizza.

This is when the strange part comes in. I phoned the clicks today at Flamingo vlei and they said they did not file a warrant for arrest on my mom, nobody in the store did, the cops did it. So I phoned the cops and they said the security guard at clicks pressed the chargers. Another strange thing that occurred was on my first post which I since deleted some eyewitness wrote a message stating the second side of the story. He had detailed accounts of what happened to her at clicks and the police station. Both Clicks and SAPS deny writing this. He said he was present during the the10-hour ordeal so it must be an insider.

I want to disclose the facts and tell you at the station there was one lovely cop who said he would not put my mom in the cell. As soon as he left this awful cop threatened my mom, took her phone away, locked her up where she had to sit in a tiny cell on the cold floor until a friend of mine in contact with the cops got her moved to a chair in a room later that night. She went to the bathroom only 3 times and wasn't allowed to go again that she **** on herself as she was just recovering from a bad bladder infection. This one cop threatened her the whole time and treated her like a killer. How can some people have no compassion is beyond me. They threatened her to sign a confession of guilt or she would spend the weekend in prison. Her friend brought her inhaler to her but she needed her chronic medication and nebulizer.

She was the only person detained that night. She lost her voice the next day because she screamed for help so many times. A burgler was set free after an hour that night as the homeowners didn't lay charges. I found out from a friend in the task for that a child *** trafficking ring was found last week with 3 teenagers in the car and the cops let the perpetrators run free. My mom has to now suffer not only mental trauma, but her health is not doing well and her ulcer feels like it wants to burst from all the stress. She's going to get a ******** record as she refuses to hire a lawyer.

She spent the whole day in court and has to go back again on the 6th. The cops are blaming clicks, clicks are blaming the cops. I just want answers to why this is happening to such a good person when ******s and ******ers are roaming our streets that are free
