Bad experience

It was my first ordering and I regret doing that as this was a matter of urgency I thought online would work quicker than going to the store.

I guess I fooled myself, as it's 4 days later and I still haven't received my items. I had to go to the shops again yesterday to buy one item that I have already ordered from clicks.
