Bad experience

On the 4th of March 2024, I was at clicks Kemgate, at Edleen. It was my first time shopping there, since it's a new branch, and I always go Clocks Norkem corner. But my experience I had, while I was at the Toiletry eile was very unpleasant. So I was testing the body sprays, since the 1 one I usually buy was out of stock. So I decided to test the others, So heavenly but a different scent to what I usually use. So this lady looks at me, abd says Hey hey, sorry. U are not allowed to test those things, but with the attitude. So I looked at her and said but how will I know that I'm buying what I like, in terms of the scent. And she said u open and smell not spray. So I decided to just take what I saw and went to the till point. As I'm. Standing the que, she comes to the fill point to ring up for a customer, and the other lady helped me. As I'm about to finish and walking out she asks the lady if I actually bought the body spray. I will never ever go and shop there, she needs to get training for people's skills and how to deal with customers.
