Bad Customer Services at Clicks Kolonnade

I went to Clicks at Kolonnade to exchange a few items I bought in excess unaware. I received bad customer service from a Manager there name is Zinhle Dlamini. She blatantly refused to assist with the exchange even though I had an EFT receipt, club card and the items were still sealed and in good condition. She told me to go exchange where I bought the items. My question is had I bought in Limpopo and was now home in Gauteng, was I supposed to go back to Limpopo for the exchange? Clicks need to train their managers well, I usually buy my baby's essentials there but after this kind of service am definitely takmy miney elsewhere.
