Bad customer services

Clicks Nkomo, I went to clicks today to pick up my mother's medication as she is a 72 years old that is on dialysis and has other chronic conditions. The lady in the pharmacy said to my face she will not help me without my mother's ID and I give her the medical aid and showed her my mother's ID copy on my phone and she said she will not help me, I should go back home and come back with my mother's ID or come with my mother than she will help me. She had bad attitude and didn't even want to listen to what I had to say.
