Bad customer service (pharmacy section)

There is a long line in the pharmacy section. There are 2 pharmacists but the other 1 is not attending to customers.

Yet some of us gave been waiting until clicks opens to get medication.

So I asked the other lady to attend to customers with prescription and she refused and said she is busy with admin.

How do you make patients stand in a long line while attending to admin.
