Bad customer service. Here’s their email ***

So today I was at clicks Clicks pharmacy Durban umlazi , shop M6 Umlazi mega city , 50 mangosuthi highway , 4001.

I had the most terrible experience ever today at megacity clicks pharmacy and I do not want to go back there again. I came there to get my mother’s medication since she cannot walk as she had an operation of hip replacement 3 months ago. I told the manager that i did not have her ID with me as I didn’t know that I had to bring it along , the cashier and manager were very rude when I told them that it’s took me an hour to get to the shop and I told them that she can die if I do not come back with her prescription… but they didn’t care and said they will not give me the medication

I even said they can scan it on the phone and still they didn’t want to give me the medication
