Bad customer service from CAROL - Brooklyn Mall

Rude Cashier: Carol @ Brooklyn Mall

Did not greet whatsoever. Bought the special of 105g Multiforce. Asked her if the 20% rang up. She did not answer. I said this is on special. She left the counter without saying a word what is going to do. Bought special 3 for 2 of CL Ess tablets. Again asked her 2 of 3 times if the special rang up correct. No answer. Bought toothpaste 3 for 2. Asked again if the special rang up. Her response: Which toothpaste. Long story short story: Manager came, he was not helpful whatsoever. I find the level of service at this Clicks store pathetic. The manager and cashier spoke all the time an African language which I don't understand. Extremely rude and bad customer service from cashier Carol and the store. Needless to say I was overcharged with R64
