Bad customer service

I was injured last year at Clicks Dobsonville in the store on the 1st of November 2018 while they were preparing for the festive season decorations, I was walking on the isle when the hanging mobile fell on me. They never even gave me any medical attention immediately. I had to go to the pharmacy get medical attention there, the Manager promised to check up on me after she filled the customer statement form.. but nothing was ever done..when I went back to the store, she never sympathize with me but just gave me a nasty attitude instead.. Until today I have never heard from anyone from clicks.... What kind of customer service is that?? I'm now left with marks and scars that I'm constantly trying to remove on my face. I've been buying scars removals but the injuries were too deep..I've been buying different creams and make up cover ups to get rid of the marks but nothing is helping me. MY CARD NUMBER IS ***.. But as a loyal customer I've never stopped making purchases from clicks, but the treatment I'm getting is so bad..until how long will I buy these marks removals... My cellphone number is ***
