BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

The cashiers at this store are extremely unprofessional, playful and chatty. I made a purchase at this store and the cashiers were chatting away. My cashier was clearly not taking note of my transaction. A week later i receive a call from "somebody"at the store. This person said that I must come in to the store to make payment as the cashier have not rang / scanned my pharmacy purchase. How unproffessional???!!!! I then went in to make payment and was given the run around!!!! One of ladies who work there told me its no use I complain as the manager does nothig.

This afternoon I called 5 times and no answer !!!! I even called Checkers which is in the same shopping centre to find out if they are open!!!!!

This store might as well close down!!! Pathetic service !!!!
