Bad customer service

On 06 July 2023, my uncle went to Clicks Pharmacy Mark Park in Vereeniging to get medication, he was assisted by a lady called Bongi who was extremely rude she asked for an ID and my uncle responded politely that he does not carry his ID with him, I understand she needed some form of identification, which I do not a have any problem with that I acknowledge my uncle should have known better to bring ID when using medical aid for identification purposes, however, the problem started when she was rude to my uncle asking him if doesn't he take his ID to the bank and when he said no I don't because they use biometric as a form of identification, she rudely rep**** and said well it is because you do not have money hence the bank doesn't ask for ID her the Pharmacist by the name of Tebogo and Refilwe were laughing and making fun of the old man I wonder if this is how Clicks treats customers.
