Bad customer service

Very disappointed at Click in Maynard Mall, Wynberg,Cape Town Today I went to fetch my subscription at around 10 and I had R300 in my pocket which was meant to take out laybye for my son When I got to the till I took the wallet cz I had other cash there to pay for my medication When I left the shop it was not even a minute I went back to the shop because I have lost the R300 that was in my pocket in the store So I asked the security guard if they have any cameras and she told me to ask the Supervisor, and when I asked the supervisor I was told that they don't have cameras and there is nothing they can do
