Bad customer service

I placed an order on the 16th September 2024 and the delivery time frame states 2-3 working days however I haven't received my order till today. The order was divided into two parcels and the other one which is parcel number 2 was received on the 20th and parcel number 1 is still awaiting for courier collection. I sent clicks an email yesterday and received a response it will take two working days for the online department to come back to me with feedback. The unfortunate part is I do not have time to wait for them any longer as I'm a pregnant woman who is in the maternity ward as we speak and I need those products ASAP as they consist of mother and baby essentials. I need assistance as in yesterday, I can not wait for two more working days just for feedback (which will be on Thursday as today it's a Holiday.
