Bad Customer Service Clicks The Glen from Londiwe

was assisted by Londiwe at the till on the 22nd of March 2025 at 17:23. From when she called me she didn't say next customer please but she waved her hand. When I got to the till she didn't greet, she didn't ask if I want a plastic she didn't ask how I am paying very rude with a baddddd attitude. When I was done she called her friend the manager and said "look at Nando's" and they started laughing and as for body shaming me that is very wrong. Also the security lady at the door was part of the conversation they were taking in a Sotho or Tswana language. It is verryyyy wrong and leaves a bad taste in my mouth about Clicks The Glen. Train your staff to respect people that is very important.
