Bad customer service. Clicks Kenilworth Centre, Cape Town

I wish to complain about the very poor service I received at the Clicks pharmacy, Kenilworth Centre, Cape Town today. I took a ticket, number 234, at 3 minutes before 3 pm. I had a script for some meds for my wife. I waited and waited for 33 minutes and I did not receive any service. In the meantime, people who came after me - numbers up to 247 were being served whereas my ticket was number 234. I spoke to a lady at the pharmacy counter as I was leaving, (at 3.30 pm) as I could not wait any longer, and she said she cannot do anything! Very disappointed at the lack of service.
