BAD customer service

The worst online experience I’ve ever had. I bought makeup products online on the 27th of November. They arrived on the 3rd of December upon opening the package I realised that the foundation I had ordered was in total disarray, the foundation bottle had smudges on it, the foundation seal was broken meaning that the cap wasn’t even on the foundation itself, the foundation was in actual fact for a different shade than the foundation itself and to top it all of the nozzle was dirty and you could see it had been pumped before. I a few minutes later and was told someone would contact me in 72 hours. I called again and even sent an email and I’m still waiting for someone to contact me. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend buying products online because it seems like you have to wait quite a while for at least someone from their team to get back to you.
