Bad customer service

Good day

Please be advised, I visited the clicks branch in Walmer Park Port Elizabeth yesterday, and had a horrible experience. I purchased a Safeway hair clipper in January only used it twice, im not happy with the product as is pulling the hair while cutting. The assistance i received by Jody which is part of management worst service, im a manager too and don't offer such bad customer service to our clients. Her response to me was ,the clipper is dirty and needs to be cleaned, by opening the blades as she cant test it due to hygiene purposes .I told her what an inconvenience to have to do that all the time,I have owed Whal clippers before and not once did I ever have to do that, besides brushing off the hair from the blades.

So where is the hygiene if she wants me to clean the blades, take it back for her to test on who's hair ? Now that to me is a huge hygiene problem .Im not happy with the product and want to return it before i encounter futher problems and before it's guarantee is over.

Please assist
