Bad customer service at clicks west street

Clicks west street pharmacy staff does not have a sense of urgency and dont care about waiting times for their consumers bad customer service.. Went there got the ticket with 10h30 for self med ticket S056.. After 15 minutes of waiting with one pharmacy assistant serving I checked the waiting time can take up to 20 mins I had to leave at 13hoo.. without having been served and there was not even a lot of people the other 2 assistant were busy solving some bonitas issue in front of us no apology or anything so distasteful
