Bad customer service at clicks century city

I have been working in the mall for 7 years and always went to clicks for a quick snack or get meds at pharmacy but I've always walked out happy with the service (even pressing the smiley button). Because I work in retail I know what one has to put up with at times and so I will go an extra mile and be friendly and understanding towards every individual. However today I'm complaining about the bad experience I had at Canal Walk Century City. At about 10am today I went to clicks as I'm pregnant and my blood sugar felt low, I felt lightheaded and knew I needed to get something to make my sugar spike a bit. The store wasn't busy not even a line and i went through the snake aisle got what I needed and proceededto the cashier. The cashier was a guy of which I didn't take note of his name. He greeted me and asked if I have a club card which I didn't. Next to him were 2 girls and they looked as though they were having a nice "tea party" which I can understand due to store being quiet. However as the transaction is being processed I'm looking down at the pinpad and notice the 1 girl writing on a page to the other girl "look at her name". I looked at her and asked her really now, that's very immature. Now my name is Arabic (it's correct spelling and pronunciation is Mohsina however currently spelled Moegsiena). All my years of school and work I've heard all sorts of jokes and I'm not offended easily, I can laugh with. But I feel in the state that I was in and the fact that I'm a customer, that was enough to make a customer very uneasy/uncomfortable. I walked away saying "why are they still working there" I've complained before previously to a supervisor. I then saw which I think is a other supervisor and told her to speak to those girls. She asked what happened and I said go ask them. She confronted them and I'm unsure what they told her but she came my way as I walked away to ask what happened. I asked them where the page and the one that wrote said "she threw it away" and "they weren't talking about me" yet I'm the only customer there. I was blatantly **** to in the face as if I'm the fool. My purpose is not for these girls to lose their jobs,but there are many people eager to work, just because they have matric doesn't mean they have the correct etiquette. After all these days 30% to pass which people who don't have matric most likely would exceed given an opportunity. Today I felt a bit discrimanated, Tomorrow it's another customer with a sensitivity more than mine or so and then what. I have kids of my own that a teach not to hurt anyone feelings. And for these girls high school is finished but their mentality is the same. I've done my years and could'v gotten ugly but I'm better than that and felt literally sick and then upset walking out there.
