Bad customer service at clicks carlton centre

<p>I went to clicks carlton centre on the 2 july 2016 looking for a packet of gen pain and i was told that i can't get it without a prescription but I bought it less than a month ago at clicks westgate and moruleng mall buying it for my mom and one i was sent by my grandfather and no prescription was required from those two purchases so i am asking myself if clicks is a one company or a franchise as everyone does as they like, i am so disappointed with the ****py service i got at clicks carlton centre and I also feel discriminated by how I was treated because I was even told about drug abuse by simply wanting to buy a pack of pain tablets. I will never ever set my foot at any clicks store again. </p>
