Bad customer service at Clicks Boulders shopping center Midrand 31/12/2018

I was in a queue at Clicks Pharmacy waiting for somebody to attend to me. There was one Clicks employee who was busy with a client then her colleague came and stood next to her in an empty cubical (I later learned that her name was Lia Maswanganyi), they were busy chit chatting. Then Lia decided to call me using her body language (head and eyes) as she was still busy chit chatting with her colleague. I then approached and started to explain my condition, (in my hand I held a Bonitas card, apparently their systems were down during the day) while I am still talking, she asked her friend if systems were back on line (without excusing herself) , it happened that systems were back on line. Now Lia was happy that systems were back on line and they came back at 17:00 and showing her excitement - and I quote “wooo five o’clock finally I am going home…” – this is happening while I trying to explain my condition. Then I said excuse me, I am talking to you and you are busy talking to your colleague and you are paying no attention to me? Lia then answered and said” it’s about to be home time and I have the right to be happy”. I then asked to speak to a manager because I did not accept the manner and the attitude she displayed. She then **** and said the manager is not in and she is the supervisor. I went to ask for a floor manager, who advised that the Pharmacy manager is in, she also mentioned that it was for the second time today there is a complaint from a client about Pharmacy. The matter could not be resolved by the manager as Lia Maswanganyi was still defending herself. What I want to know is: • Treating clients in this was is it part of Clicks Pharmacy policy? • Does Clicks Pharmacy promote such treatment to their clients by their employees? • Does Clicks Pharmacy care about their client’s experience as they interact with the brand? I ask because I learned that I was not the only client who was ill-treated. In short Clicks Pharmacy is associating themselves with Lia Maswanganyi who is rude, a **** and a ********, who only look after her interests and care less about Clicks clients.
