BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT CASHIER AND THEMBISILE

Poor service at cashiers. Complaint in the past, no improvement. Not enough cashiers. The manager always wait for a long queue before waking up to call another casher. Today's cashier, Thembisile was extremely rude. I told her she has no reason to be rude but she just carried on. And please, don't call with an excuse.
