Bad customer service and unprofessional staff and management

Clicks Alexandra plaza has been giving poor service and has made empty promises ,I went to shop tgere and the security kindly asked me to leave my parcels from another store and promised to look after them,after buying the security guard had lost my parcels and couldn't care less,the management promised to give me a voucher worth the amount of my parcels but failed to contact me,i had to go back to the store a week later only for the manager to tell me there's nothing he couldn't do to help with my situation after the promises he made
