Bad customer service and rude pharmacist

Very poor service that i recieved and it is not the first time. The pharmacy is ran like a ****a shop. On the 19th June 2019, my son's doctor sent a repeat prescription in Clicks Pharmacy, Silverwater. On the 25th June 2019 i went to check if they have recieved the fax with the repeat prescription and Lesiba the pharmacist that assisted me said they have not recieved anything from the doctor i then had to buy over the counter as my son was coughing non stop. I left the clicks store. 10 minute after i left the pharmacy i recieve an sms saying that my script is ready and this is after i have opted for over the counter medication. On the 26th June when i get to work i recieve an email from my medical aid that i have purchased medication (Topraz) the very same Topraz they said yesterday i cannot buy due to no prescription. I went to clicks pharmacy to tell them to cancel everything and just give me the script i will just go to a different pharmacy and this is when the pharmacist Lesiba gave me an attitude and was rude saying that he will give me the script with pleasure forgetting that yesterday i ended up buying over the counter medication because he said they have not recieved a script but the script shows that it was recieved on the 19th June at 13:17
