BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCY

I have never been treated this bad at any Clicks as I am a regular customer but the treatment ireceived at CLICKS ALEX MALL was really horrible on the 7th of May 2023 as I only wanted to buy my usual medicine ACITOP & RUPALLERG but the cashier on the pharmacy side (WONDER*** MAHLANGU) told me to drink a lot of water instead... He wrapped my medicine instead of giving it to me he refused and told everyone not to sell me anything I mean who does that, what kind of clicks is that?

I spoke to speak to his manager but told me he is the manager... Please people be aware of the treatment you will get from Clicks Alex Mall by WONDER*** MAHLANGU.... I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE TREATMENT THAT I RECEIVED.
