Bad customer service and bad attitudes

This morning I sat outside clicks for 30mins as there trading hours showed they open at 8am, a lady arrive and said no they only open at 9am today so I showed her what times say, she then said she will ask her manager if she can help me as I needed Nebulizer formula for my baby his battling to breathe, she then sends a cashier back to tell me sorry we don't have a till open. Are u kidding me firstly your stupidity to not do your job right is not my fault and secondly after your mistakes it the loyal customer service to help the customer if you messed up. I'm highly disgusted. Shame on you and your new manager you hired. She has no management s****s what do ever
