bad customer service and attitude from staff

<p>I went into clicks to buy some items at Newtwon Junction Mall.When i got to the cashier,his name was Tshidiso,a fair black gentleman.I took out my clicks card and told him i want to use my cash back.He said i cant redeem without even doing anything on the card or even checking to see if he can or if i have enough points and gave my card back to me.He basically didnt want to assist me.He gave me attitiude with his face because eventually said fine and then he said he is trying to explain and i said fine because i could see he doesnt want to help me.He gave me attitude not in the way he spoke to me but his face he didnt want to hear why i cant use my points and i merely did that because i could see he had no interest in helping me.I felt embarassed and felt he was rude and undermining me as a client as the cashier next to him was smiling watching him answer,she was a lady.I told him his customer service is poor and he said needs to improve.He agreed with me.When he was done helping me pay i told him i wont let him spoil my day and he said the same back to me.I was extremely upset by the incident as i am the customer and you should help me as well as treat me with respect.I want him dealt for his bad attitiude he gave me and the unwillingness to help me redeem the points.I always use the clicks in newtown and it was the first time everi had such poor terrible customer service and i am extremely diappointed by this incident.</p>
