Bad customer service

Although the store at Tablebay mall is super clean and well organised, the staff there is quiet unfriendly, cold and unwelcoming to the point where one can hardly see anyone to ask help from and if there is they just sit quietly and watch you, the customers while they chat amongst themselves.

As if that was not enough, once I reached the till the lady who served me seemed so annoyed by my presence so much that she gave me bad service, which reminded me why I don’t bother to go to clicks anymore. She was so rude and unbothered that she didn’t even bother to tell me how many points I have instead because I seemed to have disturbed her chat with her colleagues, she just wanted me to finish and go.
