Bad customer service 😞

Bad customer service. I went to clicks in Dobsonville mall to exchange my son's nappies n milk I had a slip however I didn't have the card that thier father used, I'm not fami**** with their policy but I didn't think it could be such a train smash to exchange. However I was told that they need the card in order to assist me I then explained that the father of my kids and I are not in good terms I even moved out due to our personal issues all I wanted was to exchange the size because when he buys he buys in bulk we have a 5 months son who was wearing size 2 but because babies grow I needed to get size 3 and with the milk my 2 year old use infasoy milk n he stopped drinking milk n I wanted to exchange n get nan for my 5 months son.i was told that they can't assist me because of the card issue they even called the manager and he refused he was very rude that he didn't even wanted to listen to me and said I'm westing his time I even cried and he called me a mad lady infront of his stuff and customers he then left the n said they can only exchange the milk. As a customer I'm very disappointed because I buy my kids stuff the and the stuff know me very well.
