Bad customer service

My oder number is *** i made an order on the 24th of April 2022 to collect my order at Clicks store Seshego till this date my order hasn't been delivered I have phoned clicks customer services 3 times already to enquire about the status of my order but everytime i phoned I would be told that somebody will get back to me the last time I phoned i spoke to a lady and told her that they should cancel the order already because it's taking long and I'm not getting any feedback as to what is happening but still to this date It hasn't been canceled. I also send an email two days ago to clicks telling them to cancel my order but it hasn't been done. I'm very disappointed with the service I got from you guys infact I'm very upset right now.
