BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Such disgusting service Luthando @Clicks Canal Walk Shopping centre. I felt you'll be such a nuisance by the manner in which you called those tickets. Your lack of ability to greet and prompt questions as though i should know you'd like my my ClicksCard before or after you've stared at me to figure it out for you.

You charged me a difference of over R100 whereas the pharmacist (Andile GG... a darling) who eventually helped, payed attention and prompted to understand what I need and what needs to happen.

Fetch yourself Ma'am we are all going through challenges & we all have bad days but it shouldn't reflect on your work cause it says alot about your character and you as an individual. Do better!!.
