Bad customer service

I was in clicks pharmacy vaalmall to collect meds the lady who was helping me she was rude,she ddnt even bother and said they have not deliver my parkage i should call those people who make delivery how i dont know and its been a year since since i collected my meds i use money and took a day off from work now i have to go days without medication i am very disappointed
