Bad Customer service

I bought x2 Mixed Nuts at Clicks Highlands News at 13:30, when i got to Highveld Mall I realized that I bought the wrongs Mixed Nuts as these are salted and I wanted unsalted. I quickly went in to Clicks Highveld mall because I do not reside in Witbank and it was after 17:30. I was directed to the store manager who then refused to exchange his 1st reason was that the expiry date is in 3 months so according to their policy such items should be put on sale so he can't risk reselling it, which I still don't understand as I don't work at Clicks and don't know why the other clicks did not put those nuts on sale as he indicated. Secondly it is stated in their slip that they do not return food, which is very lame. how will I know of this if it's not stated in their shelves so I need to buy first read their till slip to know all this. The items were still sealed and it was just after few hours of purchase.I contacted Clicks Group Complaints on the 29th of November 2024 with reference ***, they asked to see the products and original slip and i provided them and till to date I haven't heard anything
