Bad customer service

Really 7 counters Rush hour between 13h00 14h00 ONLY COUNTER TO SERVE THE PUBLIC!!! The only counter open. Is a lady c9mpleting a clicks clubcard.!!!! She should sot doenand the customer in the line be served! bad customer care. Shame on you
