Bad customer service

Hi today i bought stuff at click and they debited twice when i went back they called a manager for me but it took him/her minutes to attend to me ive been waiting for 30 minutes now and i want them to attend to my matter when i ask they say it will bounce back within 24 hrs but how will they reverse it back without making an enquiry and i need it back.
