Bad customer service

I had a very bad shopping experience yesterday at your Sanbel branch. I managed to stay calm because there where other shoppers in store. While I was standing in front of the shelves with the 3 for 2 natural products the floor assistance/shop assistance just decided to ignore the fact that I'm standing in front of the shelves and she just stood in front of me I must now look at her behind as if I'm not standing there and start packing the shelves no excuse me or can I move nothing she was so irritated with the fact that I'm standing there. I have tried shopping at this particular store every so often over the past five years simply because it is so convenient and close to home. I was totally and utterly disgusted with the customer service and shopping experience I received. I know we all stressed and exhausted of this year but we all should be extremely very grateful to still have a job no one forced her to pack shelves she chosed this job if it was any other shopper they would've thrown the toys out of the cot. Please improved the quality of the stores customer service. I have a picture as proof and you can check the store camera
