Bad customer service

At clicks trying to exchange something. This guy comes to so call help but picks up the phone and phones someone instead of assisting. He then assists two people who come after me and he does not know how to say please, thank you or sorry. This is called basic manners. Bearing in mind that this guy is part of management. His attitude stinks and he has no sense of customer service . The service at n1 city stinks as this is not the first time. The store was not even busy. Disgusted with the service these people give.
