Bad customer service

I made an online purchase and I received cheaper products from those that I had ordered. Went to the store (Bridge City) to get an exchange, but was told they couldn't help me. I needed to first email customer services, I did that and got a response that I should wait 48 hours for my query to be resolved. It's been over 66 hours now and I'm still waiting.
