Bad Customer Service

I called to enquire about a price for Oratane/Acnetane at the Pharmacy, I asked couple of question which Sylevess answered, I then asked for a price on the tablets, he then put me on hold for at-least 5min without advising if his getting the price or, I could hear on the background that his assisting other people while I'm still on the line,Then some lady attended to my call, but also failed to assist, then I hung up because I was irritated. Such BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I GOT FROM THEM.
