Bad Customer Service

Went to get meds at Clicks Cosmo City Shopping and had to wait in a queue for close to 30mins only to be told that some other medication they do not have since it's located in "kasi". So I was like I'm not surprised since there's a lot of things that they do not have I will go somewhere else. The pharmacist told me I should have went there in the first place. And decided to give me attitude ended up just keeping quiet. Got what they had called their client care and no one got back to me.
