Bad customer service

I really am disappointed with the service i received at clicks at dobsonville mall, was really sick went to see my local gp at the mall, received a prescription, had to go to clicks to get my meds. Due to the pandemic we facing we are expected to queue outside until we get fetched by a security to make way too clicks which I dont have a problem with, but because I'm not well and was close to passing out i spoke to the security guy of dobsonville centre requested if i can go in to clicks straight in order to get my medication as I was i am not feeling well, he agreed..I then got to the clicks the security woman that works for clicks I tried to explain why I am comin there straight she just shut the door and said I must go outside and queue again I tried pleading with her she straight out refused looked at me with no remorse. The worst part is I'm with my mom who is a diabetic who escorted me to see a doctor since I'm not well but the woman refused to hear me out and told me i should ask her nicely...which I did but she looked down on me and gave me attitude. I then requested to speak to her store manager of the store she called the manager, manager just stood walked passed and looked at me behind a closed door and walked away. The security woman opened the door and told me she says she cant come talk too u she is busy..I stood there like a fool with my mom getting dizzy spells as well ended up leaving as no one wanted to assist me. I am still without my medication which i would now have to try getting tommorrow from another service provider. I'm sick and hurt by the treatment i received, someday it may be you needing assistance I hope both manager of clicks dobsonville mall and the woman from fidelity security oneday get to experience what they put me through, customer service is really important, I never expected special treatment but today thought il b considered since I an sick.
