Bad customer service

I ordered electric appliances at Clicks on the 30 July they then sent me a message that my order is out for dispatch on Tuesday a guy from Ram called me to deliver I got a missed call I called the guy he advise he is been calling me to deliver but he could not get hold of me he was around my area he will come back or deliver in the morning and I decided to call Clicks Online purchases to Ayabonga first around 9.58 and he promised to escalate the issue no one came back to me I called again spoke to a lady called Shawn she promised to also escalate. I called Ram courier the advised they never received my parcel from Clicks and I am now asking myself what was the guy delivering on Tuesday now I have to call both Clicks online shopping and Ram they busy pointing fingers on each other I am left looking like a fool not knowing which one to believe and trust me it is not the first time Clicks and Ram are doing this to me but I am still stupid enough to buy at Clicks hence they do not take me serious its already 4 pm noone at Clicks nor Ram couriers bothered to contact me and advise where exactly is my parcel
