Bad Customer service

Clicks has the worst service you can get. I ordered a parcel from them and it took 4 weeks to come. Every time I call they redirect me to someone else and they hang up. They do not even reply to emails at their customer service centre. I also went to Clicks in Hatfield and load shedding struck as I was paying. The payment processed and the machine said approved. Clicks refused to give me the batteries I was buying saying that the payment has not reflected because of loadshedding even though I had proof on my phone. I will never buy from clicks again I'm disgusted by their service!
