Bad customer service

Today at Clicks in Hatfield Pretoria the scanners were not working so our items were captured manually. The guy by the surname of Seseche with many gold tooth on the lower jaw gave me an attitude because I had more about 12 items to ba captured. I stood up for about 15 min on the queue and further 10 min while he was busy capturing and constantly complaining about my items. I got angry and left the store. Instead of him appreciating that the system is not working and I am understanding, he gave me an attitude and complained about doing his work which was to capture the items manually
