Bad Customer Service

So I was just at Clicks Protea Glen to buy pills that I needed. I went to one of the guys who was on his phone, asked where I could find the pills and without even looking at me while still on his phone he points to a lady ****orker who than says she does not know the pills, she went to ask another girl and they all just said they don't know the pill, even after I explained what it was for, no one checks the machine at all like how they do at Rosebank Clicks to find a product. So I just went around the shop and found a box of those pills, I even went to show them that I found them on my own, but because I was annoyed by the lack of customer service, attitude and rudeness from the guy I decided not to buy them and left.

Your employees need training in good customer service, such things are the reason customer's end up not buying stuff and just going to a better location to buy.
