Bad customer service

I would like to complain about bad treatment I got at clicks store in Gugulethu Mall on the 07.07.2019. I got to the store at 13:45 got inside had a chocolate in my bag. I bought toiletries payed I didn't ask for plastic bag I throw everything in my bag. When I got to the door I produced the slip then I opened my bag so that they can see the items u bought so they saw the chocolate I had in my bad, they accused me of stilling the choc so I asked them to open the camera or check if this choc if it's from their store. Imagine everyone in the store is looking at me as if I'm a ***** they busy scratching my back now they want to take me to the security room. One question I asked they is "if I stole something in the store would I open my back for you guys". I stood the for 15min while they busy with all this drama. All to find out they don't have the size of this chocolate I had I'm my bag. They've humilated me so bad I don't even want to get in the store ever again.
