Bad customer service

I went to Clicks on Saturday 25 May 2019 and realised they sell phones when I was at the counter. I then asked the guy who was helping me to get me a phone. (Unfortunately I didn't get his name) The guy deserves to take over from the manager. Aubrey, the manager told me I need to have a proof of address. Told him I have a soft copy so he asked me to send to his email. I did as he asked me to. He then decided to stop the guy from selling me the phone because I asked something regarding the other phones. He told me he wanted to show me he is in charge and I do not matter to their store or sales. That was totally unruly behaviour. His staff were also surprised. Went and bought a phone from PEP across the complex. Aubrey does not have qualities and attributes of a manager. He has a nasty attitude. I will never buy from Clicks esp Silverwater crossing.
