Went to Clocks Jabulani Mall on the 7th June 2018 at about 17h40. I had a trolley of groceries and needed to get medication for my husband. I was then told by the security lady and gentleman that the manager has instructed that all people using trolloes should off load their groceries put them in the shop and leave the trolley out side. What kind of treatment is this. Should one not shop at clicks Jabulani anymore? You leave your trolley outside and when you come back it's gone. You leave your groceries on the floor in front of the shop. What's going on here? Why does this clicks treat people like this, is it because it's in the middle of Soweto and people don't have know the platform of how they should lodge complaints? Imagine off loading your trolley after you have just packed it in a different store, you come out and your groceries have probably been mistakenly been mixed with someone else's or your trolley has been taken outside because it was empty. What do you then do? Do you walk out and go look for another trolley whilst your groceries are left there on the floor? This does not make sense. Where is the customer service here?
