bad customer service

I purchased my vitamin B12 and Vitamin B Complex in April 2017. the stock was kept at our work clinic. I used the stock I still had left and on needing to use the stock I purchased in April, we found that the Vitamin B12 had and expiry date of 2021 and the vitaming VB complex and an expiry date of Sept 2017. Even if I had to use the Vitamin B complex from the date of purchase, this would have expired before I could use the entire bottle of 10 uses. I took it back to the pharmacy unsealed and they refused to exchange it because it was purchased in April. I am a loyal regular customer of Clicks stores and I find the customer service at the pharmacy pathetic.
