Bad customer service

<p> I went to that store the at her day buying cold drink and air time. On my way out I was following the Indian guy and a white lady.The security didnt stop them for the proof of payments but he stoped me. I ask the guy y you let those two customer out. That security told me straight he doesn't trust me; he was rude to me. I've called the store manager but it was like I was lying. I've called the clicks head office to report the matter. They dealt with the matter very professional even the store manager called me to apologize. After two weeks I Went to Clicks Benoni lake I shop as usual on my way out the same security guard approach with attitudes again now he insulted in front of other customers and staff telling me y I report him on the first incident; he called me by names I've called the one of the Supervisor to assist me. The guy was still shouting insulting me. That security guy is beater and not professional we don't need this as customers I will never in my life shop at Clicks Benoni lake side. They allow security to do as they wish to their customers </p>
